Among Philadelphia firms, Peppef Hamilton and Fox Rothschild have 17 DrinkerBiddle & Reath has 15 and Blanko Rome has 13. Saul Ewing said Manning will serveas co-managinfg partner of the officew with current office managing partner and real estatde lawyer Wendie Stabler.
