William Boyd Printing site sold for $1.3M - The Business Review (Albany):

Ltd., an affiliate of Cos. in Clifton Park, closed on the $1.3 million purchaswe on June 3. Cass Hill intendd to convert theformer 1.3-acre industrial site at 39-49 Sheridan Ave. into an office/retail/residentiall project. The property is located behind the Suites onChapel Street, near the heart of the city’s entertainmenr district. Tony Sabatino of representexd the seller. Cass Hill was represented by Eileem Lindbergof /Albany. Marc H. president of Cass Hill Development Cos., couldn’t be reachefd for comment.
Cass Hill owns several propertiezs downtown, including a 30,000-square-foot office building on Monror Street across from the former printing Boyd Printing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcyt protection inSeptember 2005. A federal bankruptcy judge in March 2008 approved the sale of the buildings to help satisfhthe company’s debts. Some of the company’s assets were purchasedf by Carl Johnson, an officee at Boyd Printing, who opened a separate Inc., in Colonie. Previous deals for the Sheridan Avenue propertyy fizzled before Cass Hill signed a purchases contractlast year.
