These groups will look at Memphis as a possible locationh forfuture events. Cindty and Kevin Brewer, principals of Destination King, the and officials from the Peabodu bid for the event last yearin France. 2009 is the event’es 11th year. “This is a tremendous opportunity for our as everyone attending plans meetings and tripxs fora living,” Cindg Brewer said in a John Oros, executive vice president of the CVB, says the event could be a big revenue generator for the city immediately and in the near possibly bringing in up to $15 million over the next five to seveh years.
“The executives attending this eventf are the event planners for many ofthe world’s top corporations,” Oros said in a statement. “It’se exciting to be able to showcase our city asa destination-of-choicwe for meetings and incentive trips.”
