Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg grantee a motion filed by Indiana state pension funds to delat the merger between the American and Italia automakers in whatthe U.S. Treasury Departmentf said was an administrative extensionj designed to allow sufficient time for the Supreme Court to explorde whether or not a stay is according to several published reporteslate Monday.
